| 3. When will I receive the products? |
1) For deliveries within NSW, it takes 2-5 working days to reach.
2) For deliveries outside NSW, usually it takes 2-8 working days. For remote areas allow 10 working days.
If the product is not in stock, we will make arrangement to back order for you. |

2. Pay It At Post
you can pay by cash, credit card, money order at your nearest Australia Post retail outlet.
you can place an order in two ways
a) you can choose order online and print out the post pay barcode to pay at any your local Australia Post retail outlet
b) you can place an order on the phone with us, we give you a reference number for you to pay at your local Australia Post retail outlet, you only need to quote the reference number for the payment.

| 5. Do your products have Aus manufacturer's warranty? |
Yes. All the products we sell have full Australian manufacturer's warranty. |
| 6. I am a visitor and will soon be travelling overseas. Can I claim GST refund? |
Yes you can. The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) enables you to claim a refund. The TRS is open to all overseas visitors and Australian residents, except air and sea operating crew.
You will need to present the following at the Customs TRS facility when you depart Australia:
your goods (to prove you are taking them out of the country),
the original tax invoice from the retailer, showing the ABN number. (to provide information for Customs officers),
your passport and
your international boarding pass or other proof of travel. |
